The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PT Antam Tbk, PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia (BAI), and PT Nasional Hijau Lestari (NHL) regarding Cooperation in the Management of Tailings Waste from Bauxite Residue Processing was signed on Friday (5 March 2023) at Bogor, West Java.

The signing was carried out by Antam's Director of Business Development Dolok R Silaban, President Director of BAI Leonard M Manurung, and President Director of NHL Dedi Kadarsah and witnessed directly by Director of Portfolio and Business Development of PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (MIND ID) Dilo Seno Widagdo. The signing of the MoU was carried out on the sidelines of the MIND ID Group Business Development Committee's Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which took place on May 3-5 2023 in Bogor.
