MoU between PT Nasional Hijau Lestari and PT Titis Sampurna Inspection (PTTSI) regarding the Cooperation Agreement for Environmental Protection and Management Project Management Consultants, November 22, 2021.

PT Titis Sampurna Inspection (PTTSI) is a private company that has the ability, technical knowledge, experience and professionalism from environmental engineering aspects to provide Environmental Project Management Consulting Services in Indonesia.

PTTSI has grown to become one of the most complete operating licensees authorized to carry out inspections and certification recognized as quality service providers by the Government of Indonesia. PTTSI is also a company that has the most extensive experience and involvement in various Oil & Gas and Industrial projects in Indonesia.

PTTSI is a specialist in Inspection and Certification Services with a full set of operating licenses to support technical and safety in accordance with Government Regulations and Industry Standards as well as to provide Maintenance Services, Non-Destructive Testing, Verification & Certification, Project Management Consulting.

NHL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PTTSI on November 22, 2021 regarding Project Management Consulting Services, with the scope of work including cooperation with environmental project management consultants, transportation and hazardous waste management integrated with the oil and gas industry sector , mining, energy, manufacturing, plantations and hospitals. This MoU will be followed up in a separate agreement, namely the Cooperation Agreement for Environmental Protection and Management Project Management Consultants.

The signing of the MoU was attended by Mr. Dicky Ahmad Gustyana as BD & Project Director of PT Titis Sampurna Inspection and Mr. Gede Pramona as Director of Titis Sampurna Inspection. Meanwhile from the NHL, it was attended by Mr. Ricco Ferdianto as Main Director, Mr. Dedi Arianto as Director of Finance, HR and General Affairs, and Mr. Suwarto as Director of Operations and Technical.
