Human Resources will work optimally if the Company can support their career advancement by looking at what their competencies really are. Competency-based HR development will increase employee productivity so that the quality of work will also be higher and will lead to the achievement of the Company's goals.
Competency-based HR development is carried out in order to provide results in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Company with predetermined performance standards. The competencies possessed by an individual employee must be able to support the implementation of the organization's vision and mission through the Company's strategic performance. Therefore, individual performance in the organization is a way of increasing the productivity of the organization itself.
