The existence of human resources (HR) in an organization is a valuable asset for the Company. The success of the Sinergi is determined by the quality of the people who are in it. Human Resources will work optimally if the Company can support their career advancement by looking at what their competencies really are. Competency-based HR development will increase employee productivity so that the quality of work will also be higher and will lead to the achievement of the Company's goals.

Competency-based HR development is carried out in order to provide results in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Company with predetermined performance standards. The competencies possessed by an individual employee must be able to support the implementation of the organization's vision and mission through the Company's strategic performance. Therefore, individual performance in the organization is a way of increasing the productivity of the organization itself.

As an important factor in improving the Company's performance, human resources are always the full attention of management. For this reason, the Company is committed to maintaining employee stability both in terms of quality and quantity.
